Where’s the Recipe?

Hey all, I know some of you are stopping in this morning wondering where the usual recipe is. Where’s the beef marrow? Where’s the sweet meats? Where’s the roasted veggies?

Fear not. The team and I will be bringing you the same Primal fare as always, but we’re in the midst of adjusting our publishing schedule to reach more folks during the week. Look for more robust recipes and food related articles on Thursdays from here on out. We’ve got some great meal prep ideas and warm autumn dinners coming up—along with a truly Grok-size Thanksgiving menu to come.

In the meantime, see what you may have missed in our recipe archive and on Primal Kitchen’s blog. (They’ve got Keto Donuts and Halloween-themed Deviled Eggs over there this week.) Enjoy your weekend, and I’ll see you back here Monday to unveil the new lineup. Take care.

  1. As a morning person who lives in the east I always feel short changed not being able to read the latest of mda with my morning coffee. This is especially missed on sunday mornings.
    I thoght this wud change with ur move to miami. Nope.
    Could you please have your staff schedule you daily posts finished at the end of the worday so as to be ready to publish for the next morning. I know many who love rising early which is certainly Primal would love to wake up to your thoughts and tips for the coming day!

  2. Honestly Saturdays are the one day I don’t care to read MDA. I’m not a recipe person. I never have all the ingredients and can’t afford to get them all, and I prefer to keep it super simple, so the recipes on here are a day when I feel like I’m missing valuable info from this site. Not complaining though, 6 out of 7 days a week of inspiration and good info is still great and very much appreciated. ?

  3. Actually, this is a great way to ‘scan the archives’ for anything I’ve missed, or want a refresher on. Thanks Mark for all you do, it still amazes me that after all these years, your still passing on so much information….and all for free. Well done!

  4. Where are my other comments? is what I want to know.
    No reason that they shouldn’t have been approved.
    I said how about putting flea flour and resilin in a recipe/supplement because it might be like super cricket flour. It was kind of a joke but still, where the heck are they? Why were they apparently not approved, since my other comment here was written later?
