  1. My little push–I got my book (and free stuff!!) last week and it is beautiful!! But I have to say, I LOVE the grocery list that came with it! So yeah, if you’re going to get the book (and I’ve read the whole thing, it’s great!) get it with the free stuff!!!:D

    My husband has recently had his mercury fillings removed and has been eating paleo for about 8 months. However, he continues to lose weight even though substantially increasing his fat and protein intake. He still eats potatoes, plenty of sweet potato and does eat some fruit. Does anyone have any suggestions for gaining weight?
