  1. awesome! I will try this with smaller , individual sized pumpkins and serve them one per person, they can eat directly out of the pumpkins!

  2. Yum yum delicious! I wish we had those sweet cooking pumpkins here. I would so give this a try. Nice presentation.

  3. I am seeing acorn squash as well! Now I can’t wait for the pumpkins to start coming in so I can try this one out. Serving out of the shell sounds like such a fun thing to do!

  5. This looks great. The camera work made me a bit queasy when the pumpkin came out…or was the pumpkin swaying?

    1. Yes… sorry… my wife and my first time. Also, had I done the smart thing and watched previous winners BEFORE making this, I would have spent more time making it good. Lesson learned!
