  1. I love this guy. I was laughing out loud when he couldn’t stop the whisking motion, “I think I need a doctor.”

  2. I am in Spain right now for the first time and their omelets are delicious! My host mother makes an excellent version, although this looks tasty too!

  3. When I studied abroad in Spain, I fell in love with this dish. My host mother made it every week for me! And how great is this guy? I’d watch a show of him on tv!

  4. This makes me want to go back and watch all of Nacho’s videos. Tuna tataki anyone?

  5. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE COMMENTS! I’m travelling abroad right now with little access to the internet… But I’ll try to follow the contest, I’ve seen many delicious recipe names! (I couldn’t watch any videos yet…) Thanks again, guys, you made me want to make more videos!
And yes: I WANT A COOKING TV SHOW!!!!

  6. Nacho I made this and it changed my life. Love the baking soda trick. Learning while laughing rocks!

  7. Wouldn’t the high heat on the omelette oxidize the yolks and render the fat unhealthy?
