Primal Cooking Point: Game Day Eats

  1. Wow…thanks for the great recipes! I am rooting for the Eagles and will probably make my Buffalo Chicken Dip…I just cook organic chicken breast in the crockpot with a blob of Kerrygold butter. Shred it and add a ton of Frank’s Red Hot and melt in some organic cream cheese. Serve with siiced jicama. Totally keto and primal friendly, and can switch ingredients a bit to make it non dairy too.

  3. Looks really great. I accidently made Enchilada Stir Fry last night. Stir fry beef cooked in enchilada sauce. Goes great on eggs . . . mmmm

    Do you think it is safe to use parchment paper or wax paper in baking? It looks like there are some scary things used to make these conveniences.
