Primal Christmas Comes Early?

Christmas holiday gift on chalkboard background. View from aboveI’m getting a head start on my holiday shopping, and that includes gifts for my readers. So, I’ve got three “stocking stuffers” to help you get prepped and pumped for the holiday season. I’m including my latest eBook 6 Foods You Should Be Eating for a Healthy Gut, a free jar of healthy and delicious Primal Kitchen™ Mayo, and a heavily discounted digital copy of Paleo Primer, complete with over 100 must-eat paleo recipes. There are also over a dozen additional popular paleo books on sale today, and some really exciting news from Primal Kitchen.

Let’s jump right in!

Free eBook: 6 Foods You Should Be Eating for a Healthy Gut

First up is my latest eBook, 6 Foods You Should Be Eating for a Healthy Gut. This title is about—you guessed it—the specific foods to eat and avoid in order to obtain the healthiest gut possible. Gut health is paramount, as you well know. A healthy gut enables our digestion and immune response, our resistance to allergies and food sensitivities, and it even helps us maintain an even keel by regulating our mood. Without a healthy gut, we can’t truly be healthy, happy, productive or have the body we want. After reading this eBook, you’ll know exactly what to do (and what not to do) to get one.

You can get this 6 Foods Your Should Be Eating for a Health Gut for free here

Free Jar of Primal Kitchen™ Mayo

The second is a giveaway of Primal Kitchen’s Avocado Oil Mayo sponsored by our friends at Thrive Market.

Thrive’s latest deal is for both new and existing customers. If you haven’t joined Thrive Market, do so today and you’ll get a 12-ounce jar of Primal Kitchen™ Mayo for FREE (just pay the $1.95 shipping fee). Existing members can also get a free jar when they make a purchase of $50 or more on Thrive.

The free bone broth offer that Thrive Market ran a couple weeks ago sold out in a matter of days, so click here to take advantage of this week’s deal, as I’m pretty sure Primal Kitchen™ Mayo may just go even quicker.

If you’re still on the fence, let me tempt your taste buds with some avocado oil health facts.

thrive_mayo_320x240What are most conventional mayos made from? Unhealthy canola and soybean oils.

What is Primal Kitchen™ Mayo made of? Avocado oil—a heart-healthy oil that is about 70 percent monounsaturated fats. These “good fats” help the body regulate cholesterol levels, as well as increase the absorption of antioxidants and other nutrients. That’s why Primal Kitchen™ Mayo is the holy grail of condiments—every dollop of this mayo is so healthy you can use it lavishly to upgrade the flavor (and nutrition!) of your meal.

New Primal Kitchen Products – Coming Soon!

People love Primal Kitchen™ Mayo (that much is now a given). But after its mind-blowing success, my team and I are prepped to launch our highly anticipated (and what are sure to be awesomely palate-pleasing) new products to pantries across the country. Here’s a brief run-down of what’s coming soon.

Screen Shot 2015-11-24 at 11.46.54 AM

Greek Vinaigrette: Love a classic vinaigrette? How about one made with pure avocado oil and oil of oregano (hailed as one of the most medicinally potent essential oils around). Not only does its taste blow most other vinaigrettes out of the water (no offense, canola oil vinaigrettes), it does so with a nutritional profile that even the most fastidious health-conscious shopper won’t help but swoon over.

Honey Mustard: A bright, rich, and warm fusion of avocado oil, all natural honey, ground mustard seeds and spices. This dressing packs a one-two punch: sweetness (with a rock bottom carb profile) and a slew of simple, organic ingredients that give it the cleanest seal of approval.

Ranch: Mission impossible, made possible. What if I told you that we’ve created a dairy-free, unbelievably delicious, and—get this—healthy ranch dressing? You’d probably say I was lying—or at least playing the part of a fisherman and stretching the story a bit. But I’m not. After going through countless test runs, we’ve created a creamy, full flavored, spectacularly delicious, dairy-free, and healthy fat-laden masterpiece. Are you a health-conscious ranch fan? Say hello to your new best friend.

Chipotle Lime Mayo: As if our traditional flavor wasn’t enough, you’ll soon be able to slather on a heavy serving of zesty, lime infused mayo into all your favorite recipes that need a kick. Or, you can use it as a standalone dip or spreadable aioli. Once you get your hands on this mayo, you’re not going to want to let it go.

Back to the Basics: We’re also launching our own label of the nutritional powerhouse that acts as a base to all our sauces: pure, centrifuge extracted avocado oil! So whether you want to whip up your own cold at-home recipes, or use it as a healthy high smoking point cooking oil, you can do it with a bottle of trusted Primal Kitchen™ avocado oil!

Last but Not Least (drum roll please)…

If that wasn’t enough, we have a new item hitting the shelves that, like our sauces and mayo, is going to be a game changer for a product category that has all too many times been overrun with average, over-hyped, and under-delivered products.

In December, we’re introducing the first nutritional bar of its kind. Now, before you roll your eyes at yet another “healthy” bar hitting the shelves, I think you’ll want to take a look at what’s inside our new Dark Chocolate Almond Bar.

darkchocalmond_bar 540

I’m talking about only the finest ingredients. Heck, it didn’t even seem financially possible to source the ingredients for this bar and make it saleable, which is why I have been sitting on the idea for the better end of almost ten years. But we did it.

It’s packed with 15 grams of protein from all natural, grass-fed collagen sourced from Brazil, pumpkin seeds, dark cocoa, coconut oil and zero added sugar or artificial sweeteners. That all sounds great, right? But here’s the clincher that makes this bar revolutionary: the taste. By a sheer force of ingenuity, this bar (brace yourself) tastes like a gooey brownie you’ll want to pull apart with your teeth. Sold yet? You will be after your first bite.

All six of these delicious and healthy Primal-approved products will be rolled out in December and January. To ensure you get the memo when they become available, be sure to subscribe to the Mark’s Daily Apple, Primal Kitchen, and/or Primal Blueprint newsletters.

I know that’s a lot, so to recap:

Happy holidays, everyone!

  1. When I follow the links to get the healthy gut ebook, I get redirected to the primal probiotics website and an email for the definitive guide for weight loss in my email

    1. Hi Michelle,

Sorry for the trouble! I checked the link and everything seems to be directing properly on our end, so we’ll have to investigate further.

In the mean time, I’ll forward you the correct ebook. 🙂

      1. Hey Liz,

I am having the same problem as Michelle.. Can you please forward me a copy as well?

        1. Same problem here–but I can’t imagine you want to forward a zillion copies!

      1. Hey gang, just got some clarification –

If you sign up on the primalblueprint.com homepage, you’ll get the weight loss eBook. To get the Gut Health eBook, use this link (same as linked above in the post):

        https://www.primalblueprint.com/claim-your-free-6foods-ebook

If you’re already a primalblueprint.com subscriber and sign up again (using any link), you’ll get an email that gives you access to both the weight loss and gut health eBook.

        Hope this helps!

        1. Nope. Still just get the Weight Loss Book (I am already a subscriber).

    1. It will retail for $2.99! Ordering multiple boxes or signing up for autoship will bring the price down and possibly qualify you for free shipping. We are working out the kinks right now. Thanks!

  2. Hi folks,

Just to clarify – Thrive Market currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the Contiguous U.S., but cannot currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. They’re hoping to change that in the near future, so stay tuned!

  3. Wow, this is all great news. Primal Mayo is amazing…there are tons of things I enjoy making from scratch but mayo isn’t one of them. So excited for the other primal kitchen items, and the bar will be a dream come true for me…love chocolate and can’t get enough collagen. I’m a believer in sitting down to eat a real meal most of the time, but having a bar like this in my purse would be a life saver at times!

  4. I love the Primal Kitchen Mayo. Can’t wait for the new flavor! Also dying to try that ranch. I didnt think I used to eat that much ranch but now that it’s “gone”, I’m always wanting it for various recipes

  5. Wish someone would stock these tasty-looking things in a UK shop! :-/ Still, hopefully they’ll inspire other versions all over the Paleosphere 🙂

      1. Yeah, I can imagine issues with sell-by-dates and storage, not to mention various differing international laws on ingreadients, being big obstacles! Still, I’ll keep my fingers crossed that a UK wholesaler will get sufficiently interested to look into it and help resolve the issues… 😀 (If anyone of that nature is reading this – Primal supplements would be very welcome, too!)

  6. Yum! Yum! Yum!
    Doing a little happy dance!
My husband gave up his beloved ranch dressing for me (to be a primally supportive partner). If it rolls out in time for Christmas, I might surprise him with a bottle of ranch in his stocking. ????

  7. As someone who has tried all of the new Primal Kitchen products (a definite perk to working for Mark!), I can confirm everything is ridiculously delicious—as in you need to brace yourself because it’s all even more amazing than you’re expecting. I can’t wait for this goodness to be in stock!

  8. Hi, I’m having a problem getting the ebook, the link is directing me to weight loss information. Would you please forward the ebook to me as well? Thanks so much, Jen

  9. Chipotle and lime? What could possibly go wrong? Nothing, of course. I’d put it all over salmon and bake it. MMMMMMMM!

  10. When will Thrive begin trading on the public market? I would love to invest money in something I actually believe in!!!

  11. Those dressings look so good I can’t wait to get ahold of them!!

  12. For those having issues with getting the gut health ebook, we’ve nailed down the issue and fixed it!

Enter your email in any one of the newsletter sign-up fields for primalblueprint.com and you’ll get BOTH the Gut Health and Troubleshooting Weight-Loss links.

Thanks for your patience and please let us know if you run into any other issues!

  13. Will you ever have your mayo and other products available in stores up in Canada? Community Natural Foods sells kombucha from California, I know that. I love it too. 🙂

    1. We are working on it right now! We just finished paperwork for a Canadian distributor (Horizon) and as soon as that is finalized we will be able to make our way onto shelves all over Canada. Don’t hesitate to request the products at your local health food store.

      Cheers,
      Morgan

  14. I have tried the primal mayo. It is delicious. No sweeteners added, which is how I like it.

  15. Fantastic deals! Grabbed two cookbooks I’ve been wanting and of course your two e-books. And the new products sound pretty interesting. Thanks as ever!

  16. Looking forward to reading–and sharing–your new ebook!

And, though I don’t eat many bars, I’m definitely going to try the new Dark Chocolate Almond Bar. Sounds fabulous!

  17. I guess my vision was still a little blurry when I read “Free eBook: 6 Foods You Should Be Eating for a Healthy Gut” as “6 Books You Should Be Eating for a Healthy Gut.” I guess “Fahrenheit 451” would make a good name for a future probiotic/fat burner.

  18. Wow, I can’t wait to try the ranch dressing and the almond bar! Uh, not together though. 😉

  19. I am disappointed this amazing food line will not be available in the UK! Would I be able to buy in a store in the US, as I am visiting there in a few months. Or is it just an online order type thing?
