  1. Hi all!

I discovered this site 2 weeks ago and I was sold straight away! I’ve been trying to live primal for the last 10 days and I’m feeling quite good so far, I’m combining it with the Stronglifts 5×5 weightlifting program since I think it is a good way to start lifting heavy things. Also play soccer once a week for an hour and do some sprinting the weekends (started the sprinting this morning!) My aim is to get the healthiest body I can and get rid of 10 kilos while putting a bit of muscle as well as increasing my strength a lot. You know, feel good and look lean 😉

I want to thank you Mark for your enthusiasm and your boldness. That is what we need nowadays, someone bold to tell us what is right and what is wrong in this world of ambiguous truths.

Rest assure I’ll be around for the challenge!!!

(do you send giveaways to Europe?… Ireland? 😉 )

  2. Welcome, Covo.

I’m definitely ready for the challenge.

I’m in hour 24 of my first 32 hour fast and feel great. I can’t wait to break it at a wedding tonight – sans cake of course:)

  3. Excellent! Can’t wait. I missed the last challenge but I’ll be there for this one.

  4. Sounds good. I’m thin, but I need to put on more muscle, especially with ROTC starting in the fall.

  5. Awesome timing. I’ve been bad the last two weeks (vacation can do that to you) and was planning on getting back on track on Monday anyways, now I wont be doing it alone.

  6. Wow – 6k? That’s pretty impressive.

I’m really interested to see what you have in store and am excited that this may motivate some newcomers to try the Primal Blueprint!

  7. I’m looking forward to this. My birthday is August 4, so I’m hoping to win something then…

  8. I’m going to do it! I need something to motivate me and keep me from cheating..I keep eating toast…

  9. I’m just getting over a week off the primal wagon so a new start and challenge tomorrow sounds great. I’m in

  10. Interesting stumble and timing. I am so in and I might coerce the wife to give it a go as well.

  11. after 5 months of working out 4-6 times a week and eating traditional healthy foods with a weight loss of a disappointing 13 lbs, i was searching for something that would keep me motivated. my sister-in-law, a registered dietitian, turned me on to paleo eating, and i’ve been half-heartedly trying to go primal for the last couple of weeks. i was really on track for the first two weeks and lost 6 pounds even without working out at all. then, last week (my 35th birthday), i got off track and ate a bunch of junk (by any definition) and am back up 5 of the 6 lbs i had lost. so i resolved today to do a 30-day challenge, and i am thrilled to pieces that the MDA 30 Day Challenge is starting up tomorrow. woot!

  12. I have been following a more primal lifestyle for a while and I am now ready for stepping up a notch.

I will come back tomorrow for the challenge!!

  13. My husband and I are ready to go; we just went grocery shopping and made the energy bars. Now I’m going for a walk with my new crazy vibram 5 finger shoes. Hope we can do the primal challenge!

  14. My Five Fingers and I are freshly scrubbed and ready for any challenge you can throw at us.

  15. If Grok is in, I’m in!

Thanks Mark and the worker bees, this is great for offering a challenge this time of year.

I’ve read the book and I have the need to take it up a notch.

  16. Not sure what I’m signing up for here, but… sign me up! Sounds like it’ll be educational for a brand-newbie. (yeah, I just made that supercool term up!)

  17. After breaking both my hands in early June, this couldn’t come at a better time. Hoping to see some awesome results as I make up training I missed for the coming college hockey season!

  18. I’m in this time. I have picked up some not so good habits lately and would also like to drop some weight by my birthday (August 28th). I have already recommitted to one weekly fast and would like to do two. My garden is realy starting to kick out some produce so I know I’ll have that. I also just made friends with a local grass-fed bison farmer so my meat should be no problem.

  19. I’m ready. I have been eating primal since last month and lost 7lbs. I’ve exercised some but I’m ready to take it up a notch and really get healthy. Count me in!

  20. I’ve spent the last 8 days getting a “head start” – no grains, no sugars, and re-reading the book. I’m ready to go for a full month.
