  1. This was awesome- truly reflective of primal fitness. Kudos! I will be stealing a few ideas for my playground workout! I especially liked all the monkey bar options, very creative.

  14. Wow, this makes me realize that we have sucky playgrounds around here. I couldn’t do most of that because don’t have the equipment (they ripped out a lot of stuff and left bare minimum).

    Looks like a lot of fun. To be a kid again!
