  3. What The ???? – This video is INSANE. You guyz truly are SAVAGES… You touched on so many exercises/routines I got exhausted just watchin it. But The Amazing part is you made it FUN…
    I am going out right now to trade my Spa Membership for a double ax so I can chop down some trees & join in the FUN!

Thank you Alice, I am really glad you enjoyed it as much as we did in making it… Hopefully it inspires others into what is possible when you put your mind to it… Everyone in this video is currently an amateur MMA/BJJ/kickboxer who came into the gym as a novice, we are all at different parts of our journey, but we are all following our dream… It’s important to remember that anything is possible if you put your mind to it 🙂
