I’m joking. I’m on social media, I’ve seen all the posts urging, “There’s only ____ days left in this decade. What will you do to make it epic?!” (Feels like a little too much pressure, but maybe that’s just me.)

Still, the countdown to 2020 has begun, and I have a proposition for you….

  1. I’m in! I love daily motivational emails. I haven’t stuck to keto for more than a couple weeks and when I did it was due to limited food availability and a sudden unexplained severe decrease in appetite (I wish I could make that happen again! I could barely eat 3 eggs in a sitting at the time) I’m excited already!
