Introducing the Primal Blueprint Transformation Seminar

The Primal Blueprint Transformation Seminar series is kicking off in January! Brad Kearns, my editor and writing partner for The Primal Blueprint, Primal Leap, and the Primal Blueprint 21-Day Transformation book and seminar will be hitting the road, delivering the seminar in numerous US cities, including those in the initial launch below.

The seminar will emphasize the 8 Key Concepts and 5 Action Items detailed in The Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation in a fast-paced three hours of live presentation, entertaining slide show and audience question and answer interaction. When you leave, you’ll know exactly what to do in order to “get Primal” in the ensuing 21 days, including:

  • How to transition out of a carbohydrate-dependent metabolism and become a fat burning beast!
  • Understanding the best-to-worst choices in each category of food; how to shop and forage in the modern world.
  • Rejecting chronic exercise patterns in favor of a Primal Blueprint Fitness blend of low-level movement, regular brief, intense strength training sessions, and occasional all-out sprints.
  • Slowing life down to reconnect with your genetic requirements for health, including optimum sleep habits, minimizing the stress of artificial light, digital stimulation, sedentary jobs, and the hectic pace of modern life.

Bring your questions, challenges and experience to the seminar to engage in lively Q&A!

The Transformation seminar is for all levels of interest and experience in Primal living, from devoted enthusiasts who’ve read the book and blog to newcomers. Bring a friend or neighbor along and enjoy a quantity registration discount of $10 off each ticket when you register two (or more) people together. Order your tickets online, or call 888-774-6259 (or 310-317-4414) if you have any questions or would prefer to place your ticket order over the phone.

Each participant receives a copy of The Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation, various other Primal goodies, and special raffle prizes.

  1. Sounds like a great time, but none in or around Malibu?! Come on!

      1. Tampa, Fl please. Lots of interest here.

        1. Hey let’s pool our votes for Tampa, Orlando and Miami, say Florida!
          WildGrok from Miami Nice

        2. MIAMI…. Huge Paleo following and GREAT Paddle-boarding. Come on down, we’re waiting!!

        3. Tampa Tampa Tampa Tampa Tampa Tampa

Come on say it with me

        4. Tampa or Orlando would be amazing. I know at least 10 people other than myself who would attend.

      1. YES….. I would travel from Cleveland to Columbus… yes I would.

  2. Please tell me you’re going to have seminars in/around the Los Angeles area. Please? I’d like to go on record requesting that location in particular.

  3. Oklahoma would be great…just moved here and the population here could really use the info! Lots of heavy and sick people here…

        1. There really are lots of heavy people here. I’m in Norman too.

    1. Yeah, you need to hit the South, they need it more than Oklahoma.

  4. Hi please come we need to spread the paleo word over here Uk needs your help!!!

    1. I second that! You need to bring the Primal way of life over to these shores sometime.

Think of the rewarding challenge it was to bring it to where it is now, relish the challenge of repeating it on another continent that could do with your help!

  5. Mark & Brad, we really need you in San Antonio! There’s definitely a lot of work to do here 🙂

  6. Idaho?? Please?? Wish I could say we had the cash to jump over to Portland, but it’s not gonna happen. Maybe next time… ?

  7. Oooh… the Seattle one is right by my office. I will try to spread the word!!!

  8. How about a side trip to Australia whilst you’re on the road?

  9. Why not northern California? The San Francisco Bay Area would love to see you. I live in Berkeley and it would be great to see who is interested here.

  10. Australia? 🙂
You could get plenty of Vitamin D while you’re here….and we have lovely free range, grass fed, pork and beef…

    1. Oz…. What about Christchurch NZ. Home of “that paleo guy” and a zillion outdoor athletes… and if you are looking for the best pasture fed beef in the universe, just a few k’s inland at my place.

  11. Australia, likes to follow the US in the Obesity stakes and is heading to the front of the queue for toxic diet. Conventional wisdom is creating many of the same issues and I think we deserve a visit if only to confirm the above and compare notes. I propose that this road show should go global fast and Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth and Darwin ( ok Hobart too ) get a look in.

  12. Like John Denver sang…”Please come to Boston”…and it doesn’t even have to be in the springtime.

  13. I am sure anchorage would be an awesome destination! Lots of primal people up here….

  14. Hey, how about New Zealand at the same timie you can go to Australia.
I’m looking for people interested in the Primal way on the West Coast of the South Island of N.Z. Any body out there?

  15. Ditto on nyc! I would expect that nyc to be on that list : )

  16. Excellent info! I enjoyed this post, and many of the others you’ve been putting out lately.

  17. How about a tour in Europe? Scandinavia, Central Europe, Mediterranean area? Or at least one seminar in Europe…

  18. Columbus, Oh or Pittsburgh, PA…even Boston would be great, lots of Primal folks up there too (and I could have another reason to visit my parents). I’d love to attend one of these seminars, but none are close enough right now.

  19. Why is there nothing near Ohio. I so wanted to go to one but they are all way to far away……. crap.
