  1. I ordered this cookbook last week when I first noticed it. Just got it in the mail today actually and I’m in LOVE with the recipes! Raw Banana Blueberry Strawberry Cashew Cheesecake? Yes. The Super Salad and Powerhouse Salads look incredible. And I love the veggie rich recipes for breakfast the meal that I always feel like I’m out of ideas. Yum!

  5. The only thing I don’t like about meat’s what it costs,but many of the vegetarian alternatives include grains and legume which are a no no, particularly if you’re carb counting. This looks really good.

    1. Since I do 80/20 to 90/10 Paleo, I do eat some legumes and a little rice on occasion. I don’t need to lose weight so it works out pretty well for me. I also eat plenty of meat and fish, however. As one who doesn’t like to snack between meals, I don’t really see how a diet composed of nothing but vegetables would have much staying power.

  6. Does this book have lots of recipes without tons and tons of ingredients? Looking for something geared more simply. Think weeknight cooking. Thanks! -Alane

    1. Alane, thanks for your question. The recipes vary in complexity, but you’ll find a good portion with 5-6 ingredients minus salt and pepper. These are meant to be easy to put together, and I’ve found them to fit that intention.
