- 1 jar Primal Kitchen® No-Dairy Garlic Alfredo Sauce 
- 1 14-ounce can of artichokes (drained and chopped)
- 1 bag organic chopped frozen spinach
Thaw spinach and then place in tea towel and squeeze out liquid. Set aside 1 cup to use in recipe.
Place spinach, artichokes and alfredo in bowl and mix.
Bake in cast iron skillet or oven-safe shallow dish at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
