As part of our ongoing Primal Blueprint Fitness Video Contest reader Anders submitted his interpretation of Primal Blueprint bodyweight exercises. You may remember Anders from the video he submitted during last season’s Primal Blueprint 30-day Health Challenge: Bringing Home the Bacon. This is the fourth Primal Blueprint Fitness Contest Video to be published on Mark’s Daily Apple since the beginning of the contest. You know what that means – time to award some prizes!
Thanks to everyone that participated in this round of the Primal Blueprint Fitness Video Contest. For those that submitted a video but didn’t make this first cut remember that your submission may still be published on MDA. If and when it is you will be eligible to win the latest prize package.

Congrats to Peter! And congrats to my fellow contestants! All great videos. Some good new ideas and new inspiration.
Anders, you should have acted the part where Rocky uses the hind quarter for punching, and, for a primal touch, you could have roasted it and eaten it 🙂
Awesome! Gotta have Eye of the Tiger playing…that’s a guilty pleasure. I’ve been doing more and more of these types of workouts and am having a great time with finding stuff to do. It makes traveling a lot more enjoyable because I don’t obsessively look for a gym or workout room at the hotel. Although people do look at you on the trail when you’ve got on Vibram Five Fingers and are hauling a big tree limb while you run…

Great job Anders and Annika for an entertaining video and a solid Primal workout!
Annika?? Dave, you gave me a momentary thrill, thinking I had somehow won a contest I hadn’t entered, but alas, I think not. Oh well.
Ok, those two are GROKOMANIACS!
That was so fun and awesome that it makes me want to go and work out for a second time today!
Bravo you two. Bravo!
