Contest Entries: 2013 Primal Blueprint Recipe Videos

A couple weeks back I asked you to film and share your favorite Primal Blueprint recipes for a chance to win a prize package that includes a $1000 gift certificate to Tendergrass Farms. We’ve got some great entries this year, from meat jello and bone broth to pumpkin spice latte and Primal chocolate chip cookies. Many thanks to everyone that submitted a video. I hope you had as much fun making them as we have watching them.

Watch all the videos in the playlist above or by following the links below, and check back later today when you’ll get a chance to vote for your favorite recipe video from the finalists the Worker Bees and I have chosen.

  1. Well, it is much too beautiful outside to spend time watching videos, but I hope everyone enjoys them!

  2. Okay, this is hard. I have several favorites and copied down a bunch of recipes. Hmmm.

  3. Joanna, I wanted to vote for you and was disappointed to see you didn’t make it to the final three…your meat jello was the most primal recipe!

    For the squats, look here:
You need to move your knees forward a bit, so they align with your toes, instead of keeping your lower legs straight up with your knees aligned with your ankles. This helps you keep your weight on your feet, instead of having your center of gravity *behind* your heels (you’d fall backwards)

  4. I worked really hard on my video but the people who won last year won again and I’m the one who needs the winnings but it’s cool.

    1. they didn’t win *yet* – you have 14 more hours to get votes, if I got the timezones right…good luck!

  5. ooohhhhh….that primal pie….i’m going to have to bake now!
