  1. I want that for breakfast, too!!! Yummmmmmm!!! Thanks for sharing, look forward to trying this!

  2. thats one heck lodz of chocolate mousse, but i do like the recepie! 🙂

  3. Thanks! It was a lot. One could easily cut the recipe in half or by a third. But then you wouldn’t have as much:)

    1. Meagan, believe it or not we found our “egg lady” on craigslist. The HOA says no chickens and our tiny postage stamp back yard is entirely filled with raised beds so chickens are a no-go for us right now. There were others on craigslist selling eggs too. Check it out!

      Thanks for watching!

Oh, and I just made a batch of mousse and used all the egg yolks. It was just as good!

  4. Loved the video, i will try the recipe this week-end as i have guests ! thanks

    1. Adeline, we had some “non-primals” over for dinner and served this mousse for desert. They were blown away! I’m curious as to what your guests will think. Enjoy!

  5. This looks yummy. I’m not sure on the raw egg part of it, though.

  6. Looks great! I voted for you.

What I do when I melt chocolate, is to boil water in a pot, put the chocolate in a bowl that fits in the pot. That way the boiling water heats the bowl and melts the chocolate. No risk of burning at all.

  7. I love the fact that this mousse is made mainly with egg whites, I am intolerant to yolks and all chocolate mousses have them. Can’t wait to try it!!!

  8. This looks super good, not sure I have enough control to not eat it all in one sitting.

  9. This is the best thing I’ve ever eaten! Thanks for the video and recipe, we couldn’t find just coconut fat so we went all in with all coconut milk and it firmed up nicely in the refrigerator. I was skeptical because it didn’t look nearly as thick as it did on the video before it went in the frig. This mornings test bite was something of a surprise, it was PERFECT!
