  1. Seems like things are heating up here with ebooks, recipes, contests and exercises. It’s all good stuff for sure. For me I think I may have to submit a video and display what the barbarian workout is all about!

  4. Grok may not have had music to hunt by but music does make moving easier. I am always looking for new music to listen to while lifting heavy things and would love to know what music is used in this vid.
