Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Pour marinara sauce into an oven-safe dish.

Slice goat cheese into 6 to 8 equal rounds depending on the size of your dish (see photo). Add rounds of goat cheese on the top.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and sauce is bubbling.

Top with basil and a sprinkle of coarse salt.

8-ounce log of goat cheese

1 bunch fresh basil, chopped

Coarse salt


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

Pour marinara sauce into an oven-safe dish.

Slice goat cheese into 6 to 8 equal rounds depending on the size of your dish. You want the goat cheese to cover most of the sauce, but they don’t need to touch. Add rounds of goat cheese on the top.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and sauce is bubbling.

Top with basil and a sprinkle of coarse salt.

Notes

For a spicier kick, try using Primal Kitchen Arrabbiata sauce instead!
