  1. Pork is one of my favourites & I missed it while I was a veg. I’m already trying to think of something for this challenge… at least the SO will enjoy the experiments!

  2. My favorite dish in the world is a pork dish! I might enter this!

  3. If I understood well, there is no definite deadline, the contest ends when enough recipes are collected, right ?

    1. Lazar – Yes, that’s right. It will probably be many months before the contest officially ends. We’re doing one recipe post a week and have been doing this reader-created cookbook challenge for a few months now, so it might be toward the end of this year before it’s all ready to go. All submitters whose recipes are published on MDA will get a copy of the cookbook. Also, if you submit a recipe during a current theme but it isn’t used by the time a new theme roles around doesn’t mean it won’t be used. We’ll be picking select recipes throughout the year from all submitted recipes.

Thanks to everyone for their submissions. It’s great to learn what all PBers out there are eating.

  4. gah! I still haven’t sent you my primal snack recipe or my primal breakfast recipe – is it too late to send them? I mean, I know it probably wouldn’t count for a drawing/prize but could I still send them in to you and see if you want to include them?

    I’m sorry… I feel like such a slacker.

  5. Mark:
I’ve had back problems for six+ years and over the last couple I’ve fought off back surgery and don’t have too much pain. It’s been a combination of different workouts but one thing that helps is running, yes, running. If I can get in 5-8 a week there is no pain in the back! However, I’ve recently been dealing with Planter fasciitis. I’ve checked into a few prosthetics but haven’t seen anything I feel confident with. Do you have any recommendations?

  6. Mark: You posted a Watercress-Bacon Soup a few weeks ago. My wife has cooked it up a couple of times and it is seriously the best soup on the planet…oh my god delicious (we probably have some kind of stew or soup with dinner 3-4 times per week). Awesome.
