  4. Really tasty! (And great video too!) I made them today and added about 1.5 c. of shredded carrot and some cinnamon.

    1. you just made an audible ‘oooh’ escape my lips. How did that turn out? Did the carrot lend some structure or did it add too much liquid?

  6. I made these with almond meal(Trader Joe’s)instead of flour and they had a nice texture, very good indeed. Next time I will jazz them up: blueberries, spices, nuts, etc. Thanks for a great recipe!
