Eggs are an easy and nutritious breakfast, but some mornings a plate of eggs just isn’t what your body craves. Viva variety!
These delicious keto breakfasts are either egg-free or include eggs as a minor ingredient. From keto pancakes, muffins and hot cereal to breakfast sausage and keto pizza, keto breakfasts have never tasted so good.

Question: Have the Primal Kitchen collegan bars profiles changed? I had an old style and new one on hand (the macadamia sea salt I believe) and I noticed for the new formulation the amount of fat and fiber was greatly reduced. The new formulation tasted fine, was more of a taffy texture than the previous formulation.
I have to say that the very first craving that tosses me off the wagon is (gf/sourgough) toast and butter. I can’t quite figure out what is is about that combination that is such comfort food after various attempts at healthy diets. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a replacement? Bread with butter is just the best and it’s the food I miss most on the keto diet. Not that I ate it a lot before, but any dietary shifts seem to make me crave weird things that I wouldn’t usually think much about.
There is no way out. The most wonderful food I have ever eaten, the real ambrosia, is sour dough bread and yellow butter. My only solutionis to give is to give it a good binge for a brief while, and then banish it for a longer while.
Haha. That is so true. Bread, especially sourdough, and butter is about the best thing I could think of to eat if I had an hour to live and a last food request. Binge and banish, I’m going to remember that.
would love to see more vegan recipes. I recently gave up meat only because of the cruelty that animals have to endure. Would love to hear your opinion on this issue.
Looks delicious all!

Not sure if this will scratch the itch, but maybe worth a try.

Then again I’m not a big fan of doing replacements for cravings because then they’ll never stop coming back.
