This helps spread the word about Mark’s Daily Apple. Because who wants to read boring health sites and wade through thousands of dry news articles when you can hang out here? Health is not supposed to be stiff and boring – it’s supposed to be daring and fun! Good health is the foundation for a life of adventure. I don’t know who decided health had to be a stay-inside-the-lines convention, but I suspect it was the same gang that decided an adventurous name for dehydrated wheat balls was Grape Nuts.

You’ve got a sense of adventure, and it doesn’t include wheat balls. So thanks for hanging out! As Mark says…well, Mark says a lot of things. Between the FDA, CDC, Big Pharma, Big Moo, Cocoa Puffs and the above-mentioned snoozers, it’s just too easy! Admit it: Mark’s Daily Apple beats bran muffins.
