In the Making - 04/08/12

Age: 33

Wes’ Goals: “I starting eating Paleo about 2 years ago and got really lean and felt never felt better. Then, I decided I wanted to mass gain…FAIL! I had it then I lost it. The result was a 56 pound weight gain gone bad and sad picture you see attached to this email. I look like I should model the bro from Seinfeld. My goals for 2012 is to get back to a lean 10%-11% body fat and compete in an adventure run.”

Update 04/08/12: “Things have been going pretty well. I’ve lost 2 inches off of my waist since the beginning of the challenge while gaining some lean mass (not on purpose). My chiropractor said he could tell that my shoulder girdle is getting pretty thick. He has to have me stand up and lean into him to adjust my shoulders now! I’m going to concentrate more on weight loss the next 90 days by being a little stricter on my carb consumption. My progress has increased the past 2-3 weeks because I’ve been a little more vigilant on my consumption and increasing my low level activity. My strength is going through the roof. I jerked 225# for the first time in over a year last week. The next 90 days is going to be very exciting!”
