At Swedish Low-Carb site Kostdoktorn.se, three-time Ultraman champion Jonas Colting is interviewed (in Swedish).

From the interview it appears that Colting is a pretty big fan of Mark’s. He plugs Mark’s stuff several times in the course of the interview, on multiple topics (diet, exercise).
As can be gleaned from Colting’s body, that’s pretty high fitness praise

Stopped using shampoo a while ago in an effort to “reduce my chemical load”. I use a bar of natural coconut soap now and it work better than shapoo ever did.
