I’m pretty much ignoring Men’s Health until they resolve their cognitive dissonance with regards to fat and carbs. The still focus a majority of their information on fat in a negative light, but then have Jeff Volak etc, who promote low carb/high fat.

I’m still waiting for them to come completely around, but since they are pretty mainstream, I don’t see it happening any time soon, but maybe they can slowly evolve their and others opinions.
