I watch Biggest Loser with wife and we like it. You have to remember that it is TV. The people on the show were all obese and most of them lost a bunch of weight, whether they keep it off or not will be interesting to see! Wife and I are on the phase 1 diet of Coffmans (Know the Cause) mainly to get healthy and lose some weight, it is a new way for us to eat healthy and feel good again!

Thanks for the love...I don't think Santa is going to appreciate the steak and eggs I leave him instead of milk and cookies...oh well.

Interesting post on the Biggest loser show. I always hated that show for a couple reasons, it never gave the truth about what these people did to their bodies (exercising 4-5 hours a day and extreme calorie restriction) and promotes quick weight loss. What a scam. It may be doing more harm than good when overweight people expect quick results, and then either drop and gain it right back or quit because it's not coming off fast enough. Slow and steady always wins, but it doesn't make for entertaining TV I guess.

I would love to see Mark go head-to-head against Jillian and Bob training the contestants of "The Biggest Loser".

Mark's primal blueprint would win hands down and I think it would shock people to see you don't have to do hours of boring cardio or eat nothing to get amazing results. The only issue in my mind would be the week time frame between weigh ins.

Since Mark is pretty photogenic I think he would be a great fit for TV. A "flex off" between Bob and Mark would be no contest and I bet Bob is in the gym hours more per week.

Any chance we could make that happen?
