Thanks, Amy. I'm glad you enjoyed them.

charlotte - Great idea. I'll put it in my writing list. Expect it as we approach Halloween.

Jim Jones - Great questions. I've addressed them in past posts. Check these out:

When reading the environmental risk factors for cancer (Dr. Mirkin's blog), I can't help but wonder how the grilling and charring of food factors into the whole primal blueprint?

The Dr. states that eating charred food increases cancer risk, but my assumption would be that man has been grilling food for sometime and so why wouldn't we have evolved to better digest such common carcinogens?

Is the danger of eating charred food overstated?

Interesting article over at ParentDish. I thought it was going to be about how bad halloween candy is for the seedlings but it is rather the opposite, I think! Are you guys going to do a "healthy halloween for the seedlings" post? Please do, because I'd love to hear the Primal take on it!!

PS> Thanks, as always, for the link lovage. I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Great links Mark! I just focused my Examiner.com column on non-sugar treats for trick-or-treaters. As a parent who does not want a load of sugar coming home with my kids, I really appreciate the creative ideas that can be used for Halloween.
