Occasionally I’ll buy tyrosine pills and I recently tried a bottle of arginine+ornithine pills. I tried them in combination and they seemed to help get my system going.
Mark might be onto something regarding freebasing amino acids. Apparently baking soda is a performance enhancer. So why not throw the occasional spoonful in your protein shakes? It’s protein crack!
