Video Proof You Can Exercise Outdoors

Hate trying to find a parking spot at the gym? Waiting in line for a treadmill? Navigating the meat heads in the free-weights section?

Then you might like this video, which proves that you can get a great workout, no gym required.

In addition to reconnecting with nature, an outdoor workout can allow you to use your surroundings and your own body weight to get a great, primal-based workout with nary a dumbbell in sight!

Of particular note in the video, we love the bear crawls, the walking pop push ups and the tree branch chin-ups, as well as the plyometric-based log sidejumps and the log step ups (add a jump at the top to make it even more explosive!)
