		<description>I think it's a great workout, but it's still important to do some other activities (particularly a blend of low-intensity, resistance, etc.). I once coached a person who gave themselves joint problems because they were doing too much repetitive activity on one machine. Just try to vary it up. Sounds like you're doing great, Tom.</description>

		<description>..curious. Do you consider the Nordic Track an okay workout? I am 71, have always liked the Nordic Track and just this year got one back (for $25 - can't beat it.) I tend to use it only occassionally for 6 minutes. Otherwise, I am generally active around the house; I'm a vegetarian; have no health problems; no medications; don't watch TV; don't sit still very long except to read the paper and eat. What's your recommendation?</description>
