Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  4. Yey, Filipino Primal food! Some tips to take this recipe to the next level: use sausage meat or bacon instead of ground meat and beat the egg whites and the yolk separately before mixing them to get a much more fluffier texture.

    • yeah man! this recipe is very adaptable… very primal in the sense of just that!

      not into meat? use veggies on top, or fish, or anything or nothing at all. hahaha.

      if you think of it… most Filipino Foods are very primal… we just eat alot of rice and bread with it.

      I’m on this PB for about 34 days now, it’s still difficult to let go of rice… I grew up on it, we eat it in the morning fried with garlic, in the afternoon and dinner to make the main dish last the whole day! right? I’m assuming you’re Filipino Pedro… (my apologies if you are not)

      I’ve been told by my grandparents and parents how many people don’t have enough food to eat so we try and not waste food and eat our plates clean!
      and yeah, rice can make a small amount of main dish go a long way…

      but I’m primal now and sticking to the guideline and the principal of what PB is all about. on it for 34 days now and not looking back.

      living in a Filipino household grains thrive and prosper… hahaha it’s a daily battle but a battle I’m winning… good luck to you braddah!
