This is Just the Beginning

Special Offer

I’m convinced that supplementation with a daily multi-vitamin-antioxidant complex and (Omega 3) fish oil is a crucial part of living a healthy Primal life in our 21st century world. As I’ve explained in the past, Grok may not have taken supplements but I believe we should. Why? Because the world we’ve created conspires at every turn to make us look and feel old, ill, and weak. We all try to eat right, get regular exercise and control stress. But despite our best efforts we often don’t get enough sun, we stress about bills, traffic and the economy, we don’t always get enough sleep or the right exercise, we breathe polluted air, we don’t always eat as we should, and when we do, even the best natural foods are not as abundant in important micronutrients as they once were. Some of the most critical nutrients are missing entirely – and it’s only getting worse as the commercialization of food continues to spiral out of control. That’s why I created Primal Nutrition over 12 years ago; to fill the gap between what was largely unavailable in my diet and what I knew my family and I needed to maximize health.

So to mark the end of the Primal Blueprint Health Challenge and to thank you for all of your support and participation I’ve put together a special package for you. If you call to receive Damage Control Master Formula (my best-selling vitamin-antioxidant system for over ten years) on a monthly basis you’ll receive a free bottle of Vital Omegas (high-potency omega-3 fish oil capsules) every month in addition to a single free canister of Responsibly Slim (a sensible high-protein meal replacement for those times when eating perfectly Primal isn’t easy) in either Dutch Chocolate or Vanilla Creme and a free Grok On! T-shirt.

I rarely hold specials like this and this particular offer only lasts 72 hours. It isn’t available online, so call the Worker Bees at 888-774-6259, mention this offer, and place your order today.

P.S. If you are looking for a more entry-level or beginners formula I also have the Advanced Health Formula and Basic Assurance. Call 888-774-6259 and one of the Worker Bees will set you up with a formula that works best for you.

Future Contests

As I mentioned in the video, those contests were so darn fun we’re going to continue doing them. For the foreseeable future I’m going to be holding contests for Primal Blueprint Fitness Videos, Primal Blueprint Recipe Videos and Primal Blueprint Real Life Stories. Click here for all the details.

Check back later today to vote for the winner of the Primal Blueprint Fitness Video contest. Grok on!

Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

    • It’s just in the idea phase now, but yes, I’d love to start putting together some health and wellness retreats for the Primal community. Imagine unwinding, reducing stress, eating some fantastic Primal meals, participating in some group activities, spending time with some vibrant, healthy and like-minded people in a pristine setting. Could be a blast. More on all this in the future…

      • Mark, I’ve been thinking of suggesting something like this but haven’t because of all the logistics involved. I was thinking of a Primal convention, but Primal retreat is even better.

      • Oh I’m so on board with a primal retreat. I’m on vacation right now and it’s always a challenge to eat primal while on vacation. A retreat would be awesome!

  14. I just came across your site, but between this and others I have really started to change my diet and exercise routine. I still rely too heavily on processed food, but I’m making progress and will continue to work on it until I get to where I want/need to be.

  27. Nice way to finish out the 30 day challenge

I definitely think it was a great idea. A lot of people in my area only heard of it part of the way through the month, so the Crossfit gym I go to is actually going to run its own “30 day challenge” for September – including updates and side-challenges to keep people working hard!

  32. Wow, what a month it has been. Thanks for all the hard work from Mark and crew and a special thanks to all those who participated. The challenge was personal for many, but having a support group like this makes it possible for lots of others. I really hope MDA stays as active as it has been for the past month. It is truly inspirational to see so many folks coming together to help each other meet their goals. Grok on!

  38. This month was great, with the new recipes to try, reading the comments for new things that pertain to things I’m interested in….overall awesome.

I am a big vitamin/fish oil nut, and your product looks pretty good. If I weren’t already stocked up for the next 3 months, I’d seriously consider taking you up on your offer. If anyone ISN’T taking vitamins/fish oil, do it. It’ll make a big difference in your energy levels and overall health
