		<description>On a trip to a tea plantation last year,  
we were told that when boiling water is added to tea leaves, the caffeine is out in 20 seconds. For a lower caffeine  drink, pour off the first water and refill cup or pot. A friend who used to live in Singapore told me the Chinese there always treated their tea this way.</description>
