Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  4. Alright, I just made this. It is delicious, easy, and economical (Trader Joe’s has 100% grass-fed and -finished beef for $5.99/lb–their everyday price). I like lots of garlic, so I tripled that (and it was not too much). This almost didn’t even make it into the oven; I was eating it straight off the stovetop. :) I am hoping that this freezes well.

  5. I got a Spaghetti Squash, peeled and clopped it, sauteed with butter, onion, mushrooms and seasoning. turned out great!!

  7. Thanks for this recipe. I have been making this for a bit now and love how easy it is to make. I just had to share something I did tonight. I got some grass fed bison chorizo US Wellness Meats and used that instead of beef. I did not use any spice but did and sliced onions and mushrooms. The end result has now become the pinnacle if you ask me. Minus the consistency of it belong like spaghetti, you would have sworn it was chili. I suggest giving it a try sometime.
