Just as a suggestion – would it be possible to have contributors also post written-out recipes? Right now I don’t have time to watch any videos – I just want to scan a recipe and print it out to try later. Thanks for all these posts!

I once tried that trick and ended up at the emergency room. Avocado pits are slippery! Use a spoon.

I agree with Diana above. I don’t want to have to watch an entire video to see what the ingredients are in a recipe. In addition, I have sattelite internet, so it doesn’t always play videos well. I would love to see more written recipes.
