I am definetly interested in this superior product but without the alcohol. To actually achieve the results they are talking about, you would need to consume a 1000 bottles of red wine a day. Impossible, right? So check out this website and you can find resveratrol here in its best consumable form.
www.marketamerica.com/jeannebauer
health & nutrition, find Isotonix Resveratrol.

Nancy, I'm envious.. it seems wine is a lot cheaper everywhere in Europe. In Germany I could get a good S. African red wine for about 5 euro, the same bottle is $10-15 in the USA.

I'm in Italy so a good bottle of red wine can be as little as 2 or 3 Euro ($3-5ish). Sign me up!

Resveratrol can help you to lead a long and healthy life so says Dr. Oz.

Resveratrol Supplements can help you control your weight naturally
by increasing energy, reducing cravings, and limiting your appetite.
According to Wikipedia, Consumer Lab, an independent dietary
supplement and over the counter products evaluation organization,
published a report on 13 November 2007 on the popular resveratrol
supplements. The organization reported that there exists a wide range
in quality, dose, and price among the 13 resveratrol products
evaluated. The actual amount of resveratrol contained in the
different brands range from 2.2mg for Revatrol, which claimed to have
400mg of "Red Wine Grape Complex", to 500mg for Biotivia.com Transmax,
which is consistent with the amount claimed on the product's label.
Prices per 100mg of resveratrol ranged from less than $.30 for
products made by Biotivia.com, jarrow, and country life, to a high of
$45.27 for the Revatrol brand. None of the products tested were found
to have significant levels of heavy metals or other contaminants.

Muscadine grapes are very high in resveratrol, and North Carolina Duplin muscadine wine is very affordable at $7.50 a bottle at my local supermarket. A four-ounce glass leaves a mildly sweet taste on the palate after dinner.

Sadly, I'm probably going to have to let this great anti-oxidant be a infrequent one. I'd rather get my resveratrol from drinking wine instead of a capsule.

But like others have also mentioned in comments on a previous post, I can't ignore anymore that my tolerance for alcohol is so greatly reduced now. I hadn't thought about it being due to LC, but that sounds reasonable. Unless it's at at a party or somewhere really stimulating, one glass of wine at home in the evening will slow me down or put me to sleep on the sofa not long after dinner (& before the kitchen is cleaned up!). I really hated to think such a small amount of wine had that much effect, but now that I have gone a few weeks without wine with dinner (except some weekends), I can really see a difference. I've also lost just about 5 pounds from my middle section and I can't think of any other reason for that.
