Pelikan - I looked in the USDA food database; no luck. My guess is that radish greens would be similar to turnip greens, which are in the same family.

Interesting! This is the first time I see anyone else using the radish leaves. When they are beautiful, I always make a soup with them (browned onion, leek, potatoes, zucchini, what ever I find, add some milk or cream and maizena (corn flour) if no potato). It is my mother-in-law's idea, and I can really recommend it! (That way you can have both the salad and the soup :-)

Buy the way, does anyone know the nutrition content of radish greens?

I love radishes! I'm so making the pea, radish and cuke salad!! Thanks for all the good veg recipes you guys post. Every single one I've tried (and I try quite a lot of them) has turned out just wonderfully. Keep up the great work! (Now if I could just find purslane...)
