I&#039;ve been making my own 75-85% cocoa chocolate covered raw almonds and sprinkling them with sea salt, which satisfies just about every craving I get (salty, sweet, crunchy). I doubt you&#039;d get the side-eye for either of those things at a potluck.</description>

With your activities, you should be eating way more than 1,000 calories a day! Also, 50g of protein is pretty light.

If you&#039;ve been doing this for months, I can see why your body doesn&#039;t want to give up any fat.</description>
