Hey “Just Geoff”, like the recipe. I Liked how you sped up the video.
The weather is warming up – I’m in Perth, Australia.

Hey thanks Sue! Always good to hear from another grok/grokette in Oz. I really only sped it up to make the video shorter, but then it looked pretty cool and weird, so I just ran with it.

Were those temps in Celsius? That might make a difference to us Americans… 🙂

I just made this recipe today… came out fantastic! I used a bit of cinnamon and just a bit of nutmeg in the crust portion. Instead of honey I used a bit of stevia powder. For the topping I used cream from a local dairy, and whipped the marscapone with the cream until it was fairly thick. I powdered it with cinnamon, nutmeg, a tiny bit of allspice and cinnamon. A blueberry topping took it from delicious to incredible. Well done!

Looks Fab! I’m gluten intolerant, too, so this looks extra yummy to me.
