Great video! Question, why use flour at all? Rice flour is 80g per 100g carb with almost no fibre. Surely you could crumb it in parmesan or in an almond meal/cheese blend. Just trying to help 🙂 The almond meal blend is great, high in fats and protein and with ZERO carb if you balance against fibre.
