Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  1. No offense, but I don’t think potatoes are that bad that I would go out of my way to make a mock recipe. Don’t think a lot of people really crave potatoes either…

  2. No offense taken :) I’m the one that made the recipe/video. My husband is a big meat and potato lover so I’ve been making this recipe for about 10 years. I think mashed potatoes really are a comfort food so he and I do crave that especially in Winter.

  7. This stuff tastes so good. I can’t believe it’s cauliflower! While I’ve always known it is great for you, I just never really liked this veggie. That has changed. I just steamed a couple of florets on the stove (Grok might not of had a steamer, but he sure as heck didn’t have a microwave:) Then I popped them in my Magic Bullet (bet Grok didn’t have one of those either) and it tasted Tony The Tiger like GURRRRRREEEEEAAAATE! Thanks for the recipe. I love it!

  8. My husband and I absolutely love potatoes. I was bummed to think that we couldn’t eat them anymore, but I am so excited to try this new recipe. We crave potatoes all the time… in fact we use to eat red potatoes at least 3 times a week for dinner. Thank you for sharing! :)

  9. I’m all for going Primal but I draw the line at potatoes. I am, after all, Irish and we live on potatoes in the countryside here. I eat at least 5 spuds a day and there’s no way I could substitute them. You have to remember where you came from, my ancestors have been eating them for countless years and who am I to say they’re bad for you?
