Moussaka is traditional where I live. It’s usually made with potatoes instead of zucchini, but that doesn’t really matter that much. What Adam forgot was the topping which is made from eggs and yoghurt, makes for a delicious fluff. It’s also awesome when you mix the main dish with some yoghurt when you serve it.
