Great workout James. I combine deadlifts with kettlebell swings, but I believe lifting stones is way more challenging than deadlifts. I shall give it a try soon. Thank you for your video.
That’s pretty sweet, dude. How much does the club weigh? And did it take a while before you could do the full club swing?
I’m interested in starting something like that, but don’t want to dislocate my shoulder right away.
