This was awesome- truly reflective of primal fitness. Kudos! I will be stealing a few ideas for my playground workout! I especially liked all the monkey bar options, very creative.
Love it! I’ve been doing playground workouts lately (and led some friends in one last week) but this gives me some more ideas.

Wow, this makes me realize that we have sucky playgrounds around here. I couldn’t do most of that because don’t have the equipment (they ripped out a lot of stuff and left bare minimum).
