Imagine you’re George Clooney. Take a moment to admire your grooming and wit. Okay, now imagine someone walks up to you and asks, “What’s your name?” You say, “I’m George Clooney.” Or maybe you say, “I’m the Clooninator!” You don’t say “I’m George of George Clooney Sells Movies Blog” and you certainly don’t say, “I’m Clooney Weight Loss Plan”. So while spam is technically meat, it ain’t anywhere near Primal. Please nickname yourself something your friends would call you.

  4. Nice video, that’s definitely what I would call a primal workout, and I agree that staying on your heels is difficult and yet your doing that while holding that huge rock! Good Job, hope you win!

  9. you know, I’ve watched all the videos and thought to myself… out of all of these videos, who would I want to have the “prize” but more of should I say “primal success kit” to go to. most of the people who submitted had the Vibrams, are fit or somewhat. Able to do crazy acrobatics. Used some type of equipment. And here you are throwing some rocks… crawling on the ground, rolling a heavy piece of something not made for rolling and yet you did…

    and yes it may have taken you five minutes… but I can see the effort, you were working hard, gasping for air, and yet with a SMILE on your face?! …ok it maybe that you have a great looking PT. but it’s rare to have them in your backyard and go out to eat with them. And the Laughs, you guys body language (I mean you guys do this clap thing and stares?) its so genuine that all I wish is success to both of you! it gave me chills and wonder if you guys are together or not… LOL. but yeah goodluck to and you got my vote!

    p.s. I click on your name and sent me to your youtube thing… how’d you do that?
    congrats on losing 45lbs! in two months… I don’t know if I could do a Raw Green fruit and veggie juice for 30 days then on to primal… but yeah watch all the 30days vids. and saw your journey to a better health. you came a long way. win or lose, you have the drive and will power. I can see you get to where you want to be.

Sup guys! thanks for the comments! guys go to my youtube page of this video. some guy Durianrider, is bashing our Primal Blueprint way… I guess he’s a “granola-head” quoting Dr. Doug Mcguff. hahaha. but yeah I don’t know it just threw me off. It’s my first comment of something not so positive. I’ve been getting encouraging and inspiring comments but this one… hmm. hahaha. good luck to everyone!

  14. You got me inspired. I set up a course in my back yard. I found a rock to roll around,I have a weight tied to a rope to drag around,I have a station for push-ups,grok hangs,and squats using a baseball bat. Its a start,I am new to primal exercise. Thanks for your video. I am a 5’3″ female 45 years old. WE CAN DO THIS!!! My 10 year old dtr is close to ht and weight and is going to join me…So crank the music up and lets get the party started!!!Kay LYNN
