Apologies to all the readers/viewers in Germany as my video is blocked in your country because of copyright laws on some of the music I used, specifically Tiesto – “Maximal Crazy” and U2 – “Desire”.

Thanks to everyone who watched, I know it’s long but I hope it’s at the least entertaining!

Inspiring workout JR. I wonder if it’s wise to switch conventional stance to southpaw after every round when you’re after balanced conditioning.
