I’ve tried the body by science push-up before but did not go that slow…. ay!!
I’ll have to try them again going that slow and see if I can make it to 5!
You should give it a shot! When I do them I try to go as slow as I possibly can while maintaining a smooth movement… when I start getting fatigued and such my ability to maintain a steady pace is challenged… For BBS pushups you should count TUL (Time under load) as oppose to reps… see how long you can maintain pushups for as slow as you can as oppose to how many … if you give it a go let me know how it goes!
