  1. Very effective workout. Not sure I could even come close to this level, but it is inspiring.

What’s the sledgehammer type piece of equipment he uses to whack the tire? Is that something available for sale or is it a homemade implement?

  2. The sledge looks like one you can get from stronggrips.com. The are “giving” a mace (like one in video too) to winner.

  3. Awesome workout, the demonstration of body control was impressive and the grip strength was awesome! I love the variety throughout the video

  4. You’re a BEAST bro! Way to dream up a SICK primal workout. Well done bro, and Grok on!

  5. That. Was INSANE. I had to pick my jaw up off the desk after watching this. I’m ashamed to admit that the only time I use my kettleball is as an anchor to tie my rabbits to when they’re out on the lawn on their harnesses!

  6. Good lord. Talk about making it easy! Talk about almost forcing me to go buy some fitness equipment like a kettlebell!

You are a beast and that was awesome. Are you a personal trainer? You need to be one if you are not.

  7. Wow that was amazing… I certainly dont like anything like that while doing my kettlebells

  8. Oh my gosh. I got tired watching that. Monkey boy. Amazing!

I kept on thinking what would happen if you “missed” with the kettle bell.

I agree with the person who said amazing strength and control!

I can’t even do a single chin up or pull up. *shamed*

  9. This was awesome, loved watching it. Something to aspire to!

  10. Simply amazing!

Also LOVE the music – AC/DC is my favorite band!
