Very effective workout. Not sure I could even come close to this level, but it is inspiring.
What’s the sledgehammer type piece of equipment he uses to whack the tire? Is that something available for sale or is it a homemade implement?
The sledge looks like one you can get from stronggrips.com. The are “giving” a mace (like one in video too) to winner.

That. Was INSANE. I had to pick my jaw up off the desk after watching this. I’m ashamed to admit that the only time I use my kettleball is as an anchor to tie my rabbits to when they’re out on the lawn on their harnesses!
Good lord. Talk about making it easy! Talk about almost forcing me to go buy some fitness equipment like a kettlebell!
