Very resourceful! The backpack idea is great.
I have to show this to my teenage son, who is always looking for ways to workout up in his room w/o a lot of equipment.

nice video! I’m a student an usually do pull-ups, squats, push-ups and planks in my bedroom, I’ll try to use a backpack to make it more challenging.
