Love the stick sequence. Any chance of a video that breaks that sequence down?

Anybody who doesn’t have boxing/kickboxing experience should use caution with the tire dummy drill. You can VERY easily mess yourself up if you don’t know how to strike properly.

Don’t kick with your foot (kick with the shin), wrap your hands and use gloves, and bring your elbows up to shoulder level when throwing hooks. You’ll thank me later.
